It has been a little over three years since I moved into the home that you built for me, and it has been a very enjoyable experience from the beginning. It all started when I observed the home that my brother and sister-in-law purchased from you. Its special features and quality were evident from the start. It seemed logical that I have you also build my new home. During my move to the Tri-Cities, and the construction period, I stayed part time at my brother’s, so I was able to meet and observe many of your construction team first hand. They all were top notch and a credit to your team building efforts. The resulting house is very livable and the quality and craftsmanship are evident throughout. My guests have all been impressed with the quality and workmanship. I have experienced few issues or problems. When a question or concern did develop, a phone call provided rapid resolution without hassle or lengthy discussion. You are more like a friend than just someone with whom I have had business relationship. I am very pleased in my home, and would highly recommend Lott’s Better Built Homes to anyone looking for a new home or looking to build.
