job finding a house in 30 days. When we walked through your home on Tomich, it
was not complete. We fell in love with the floor plan and wanted the home!! The

We first learned of Brett in the early 1990's. He had built a house a
co-worker of mine bought. My co-worker was very pleased. He said the house was
very well built. He told me the only problem he had found was the floor in the
kitchen squeaked. He said he called Brett and told him about the squeak. Brett
had the floor fixed very quickly.
In 2000 we were looking for someone to build our house. I had always remembered
Brett and the great recommendation my co-worker had given. We called Brett and
asked for a bid. We chose to use an unconventional building method. Two other
contractors said they wouldn't do it. A third never returned a bid. Brett's
response was very fast and his bid was fair.
All through the building process Brett was excellent to work with. He was always
so nice. Any questions we had he was quick to answer. Any changes we made were
done without complications.
We have been in the house for five months. The house has been almost 100%
problem free. Any fixes or repairs it's needed have been done in an outstanding
manner. We are very pleased with our house and the way Brett works with us, even
after the house has been finished and he's been paid. If we were to build a
house again I wouldn't have anyone else but Brett build it.

We recently completed the construction of our new home. Before we started, friends told us some of the "horror stories" they have had or heard of when having a home custom built. We are glad to say that having Brett Lott as the contractor for our custom built home has been a very good experience. We were always well informed of what was going on during the course of construction and he was always willing to answer any questions we had. If we wanted to make any changes, we were informed of the cost so there were no surprises at the end. I want to finally thank you for the outstanding work you did in getting my home built. I've been in the house for well over a year now and continue to be very pleased with the quality and workmanship that went into the homes construction. Working with you and your subcontractors was a pleasant experience from the beginning. At the start, you took the time to look over my home plans and provide guidance on the process of getting the home built and also in getting other features of the property taken care of. During construction you were open to input from me and readily accepted the few changes I requested. Pricing adjustments for changes were always reasonable and you were prompt in providing them so I could assess the impact on changes made. You and your subcontractors always worked for the best of the homeowner. I was cautious at the beginning since it was the first time 1 had a home built and I had heard a lot of bad experiences from people using other contractors. By the middle of the construction process, I had complete confidence in your abilities and in your interest of pleasing the homeowner. I can't compliment you enough in the overall quality of construction. I received a number of unsolicited comments on the construction quality from material suppliers, subcontractors working on the home, friends, and neighbors who wished they had used you to build their home. It's been awhile since construction was completed and I have had no problems with the home. It was very enjoyable to work with you and go through the process of creating a custom built home.
I would certainly use you for any future home building I may need and recommend you to anyone else planning to have a home built. Feel free to use me, or the home, as a customer reference at anytime in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a new home in the Tri-Cities. He wanted a house that was very good quality at a reasonable price. I wanted a home that had some character and upgrades that set it aside from all the other new homes in the area. We found exactly what we were looking for when we walked into our house. The quality...inside and out...is fabulous. Once I walked inside I was sold. There are so many special touches that make this home special. Upgraded fixtures, custom wood trim, custom kitchen cabinets, upgraded floors and countertops throughout. Top that off with 2 alcoves to display my favorite art pieces. There was no doubt in our minds that this was our new home. After living there just over a year now I am completely satisfied with the house. Very few problems that Brett and his contractors took care of professionally, quickly, and to our satisfaction.
