I want to finally thank you for the outstanding work you did in getting my home built. I've been in the house for well over a year now and continue to be very pleased with the quality and workmanship that went into the homes construction. Working with you and your subcontractors was a pleasant experience from the beginning. At the start, you took the time to look over my home plans and provide guidance on the process of getting the home built and also in getting other features of the property taken care of. During construction you were open to input from me and readily accepted the few changes I requested. Pricing adjustments for changes were always reasonable and you were prompt in providing them so I could assess the impact on changes made. You and your subcontractors always worked for the best of the homeowner. I was cautious at the beginning since it was the first time 1 had a home built and I had heard a lot of bad experiences from people using other contractors. By the middle of the construction process, I had complete confidence in your abilities and in your interest of pleasing the homeowner. I can't compliment you enough in the overall quality of construction. I received a number of unsolicited comments on the construction quality from material suppliers, subcontractors working on the home, friends, and neighbors who wished they had used you to build their home. It's been awhile since construction was completed and I have had no problems with the home. It was very enjoyable to work with you and go through the process of creating a custom built home.

I would certainly use you for any future home building I may need and recommend you to anyone else planning to have a home built. Feel free to use me, or the home, as a customer reference at anytime in the future.
