My husband and I were looking for a new home in the Tri-Cities. He wanted a house that was very good quality at a reasonable price. I wanted a home that had some character and upgrades that set it aside from all the other new homes in the area. We found exactly what we were looking for when we walked into our house. The quality...inside and out...is fabulous. Once I walked inside I was sold. There are so many special touches that make this home special. Upgraded fixtures, custom wood trim, custom kitchen cabinets, upgraded floors and countertops throughout. Top that off with 2 alcoves to display my favorite art pieces. There was no doubt in our minds that this was our new home. After living there just over a year now I am completely satisfied with the house. Very few problems that Brett and his contractors took care of professionally, quickly, and to our satisfaction. I would recommend Brett Lott to anyone looking for a great quality home with something special.

About Us:

Brett Lott

The first home Brett built was in 1989 near Pasco Washington. Since then Brett has continued to build homes and has grown to be one of the most respected builders the Tri-Cities area. He continues to have a long history of satisfied customers through his personal attention given to the customer through the construction process. By being a small builder Brett works with you every step of the process resulting in a home that is truly yours and one that you may own with pride.

You might say that our quality has five dimensions: process, materials, craftsmanship, service, and people. You'll experience all five facets of Lott's Better Built Homes quality as you work with us to build your home, and living in that home for years to come.

Philosophy

Lott Family

There is so much more to a home that what you see when you walk into the finished product. The visible items like carpet, cabinets, light fixtures, and trim may look nice but these are just a few of the things that scratch the surface of what goes into a home. These items include materials for framing, concrete work, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, electrical, sheetrock, roofing, insulation, paint, and many more. I believe using quality materials really does make a difference.

Not only the quality of the items is important but who installs them. Reputable, licensed subcontractors are an important part of the construction process. We believe that good relationships with the subcontractors are just as important as the relationship with the home owner.

Our relationship with you as the home owner during and after the construction process is very important. We don't hand you off to a project manager after the sale but stick by your side all the way through and beyond. Prompt communication and a friendly atmosphere is part of the process and our desire is to make building your home an enjoyable one.

The completion of your home is not the end of our relationship. Being a long term resident of the Tri-Cities means we are always close by and easy to reach if you have any questions. Having a happy customer at the end of construction is not enough. Taking care of a customer afterwards builds a lasting relationship. After several years of living in your home and when your friends mention that they want to build a new home, we want you to be able to refer Lott's Better Built Homes without hesitation.

Service, quality, reputation, honesty, and integrity are all part of our philosophy. We hope we get the opportunity to prove to you that we are the best choice when it comes to buying or building your new home.
