Brett,

It has been a pleasure to work with you in building our beautiful new home. You worked with us to design and build the house we always wanted. Having a custom home built meant that we could go over everyday and see what work had been completed and meet the subcontractors that you use. Everyone involved in building our home was courteous and very professional. A change order was written up every time we added or made a change along the way to the original specifications, which meant we knew what additional costs we were looking at so in the end there were no surprises. Lott's Better Built Homes is a business built on integrity and honesty. Your quality workmanship shows in every aspect of our home. If we were to build a new home in the future, we would look no further than Lott's Better Built Homes. We recommend you to anyone who wants a quality new home.

Brett - Thanks Again.

Sincerely,
Rudy and Karen

About Us:

Brett Lott

The first home Brett built was in 1989 near Pasco Washington. Since then Brett has continued to build homes and has grown to be one of the most respected builders the Tri-Cities area. He continues to have a long history of satisfied customers through his personal attention given to the customer through the construction process. By being a small builder Brett works with you every step of the process resulting in a home that is truly yours and one that you may own with pride.

You might say that our quality has five dimensions: process, materials, craftsmanship, service, and people. You'll experience all five facets of Lott's Better Built Homes quality as you work with us to build your home, and living in that home for years to come.

Philosophy

Lott Family

There is so much more to a home that what you see when you walk into the finished product. The visible items like carpet, cabinets, light fixtures, and trim may look nice but these are just a few of the things that scratch the surface of what goes into a home. These items include materials for framing, concrete work, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, electrical, sheetrock, roofing, insulation, paint, and many more. I believe using quality materials really does make a difference.

Not only the quality of the items is important but who installs them. Reputable, licensed subcontractors are an important part of the construction process. We believe that good relationships with the subcontractors are just as important as the relationship with the home owner.

Our relationship with you as the home owner during and after the construction process is very important. We don't hand you off to a project manager after the sale but stick by your side all the way through and beyond. Prompt communication and a friendly atmosphere is part of the process and our desire is to make building your home an enjoyable one.

The completion of your home is not the end of our relationship. Being a long term resident of the Tri-Cities means we are always close by and easy to reach if you have any questions. Having a happy customer at the end of construction is not enough. Taking care of a customer afterwards builds a lasting relationship. After several years of living in your home and when your friends mention that they want to build a new home, we want you to be able to refer Lott's Better Built Homes without hesitation.

Service, quality, reputation, honesty, and integrity are all part of our philosophy. We hope we get the opportunity to prove to you that we are the best choice when it comes to buying or building your new home.
