Why Choose Lott's:
Lott's Better Built homes can make your building experience an enjoyable one. Our 5 step process helps to ensure you are involved every step of the way. It's an opportunity to see your ideas and dreams come together. We remember it is Your Money, Your Choice, Your Home.
The 5 steps are:
- Pre-construction meeting: Here we discuss the entire construction process and the steps to go from beginning to end. It is an opportunity to begin our relationship and ask any questions about the construction of your new home.
- Pre drywall/framing walkthrough: Prior to drywall you are given a guided walkthrough to view the inner workings of your new home. Upcoming schedules are discussed and installed options are verified.
- Pre-Closing orientation: When your home is finished we will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, provide you with a homeowners binder with owners manuals, explain your warranty, and review our service procedures.
- 60-day follow up: Once you are settled in you can fill out a service request for any items that were missed or have come up since closing.
- 11-month follow up: Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
